Big fan of infiniboard, infinifolders, and infinidock. Lets you scroll your folders, dock, and main page. Folders within folders is kinda cool if you're OCD like me, but it's a bit glitchy. GPSphone kept me entertained for a while, Super Mario is great. Someone said MXtube, that's awesome. 5x5 springboard is nice, so is 5 item dock. I never liked spotlight, so I disabled it. Finally, I have a kinda cool theme.
