I actually do mountain bike, but i don't dirt jump cause its freaking nuts. Biking the frame is a lot larger, goes higher up between the legs, and you're over all more attached to it which makes bailing crazy difficult. And for downhill biking you have trees and rocks and plenty of other large hard objects to hit.
This is ideally the same thing, but in actuality its pretty different.
Soo not clearing a 30+ foot jump = crushed windpipe via handlebars amiright? This is honestly a really good idea though with potential. I would love to see a switch landing or a corked spin on one of these.
dj isn't really all that hard. downhill is crazier than everything you said. and trust me bailing is as hard on a snow bike than a downhill bike. Just may seem easier because you have a softer landing. Instead of a foam pit snow biking should work. they are almost the same thing.
