Hi I just got ripped for a pair of tms where the edges are broken but not underfoot. The seller agreed that he ripped me off but won't give me my money back because I called him an asshole. He says he would have considered giving my money back if I hadn't called him an asshole. So anyone send this fuck an email POLISHDONUT@hotmail.com and
kuszaj@hotmail.com give him hell he is an asshole.

Did he showed you close-up pictures of TMs? I wouldnt order any expensive equipments off ebay without having them show em hella close-up pictures of the product.

Have you tried reporting to Ebay on the guy? There's something they might can do for you.. Other than that, try to find out where he lives and one of us will steal everything he owns and leave burning sack of dog shit on his front door.

Could you give me his address, and even his full name by any chance and my friend with 1337 5ki11z can try tracking down that sagging dickhead.

Yes it is max k. he is an alright person he is just fucking with me he obviously knew what he was doing I watched three auctions go by with no bids so I told him I would give him 225 from start to end this is a 6 week deal where I stuck by and helped him out when no one would buy his shit. I asked for pics and he said he would get them soon and I said cool cause he is a pro never got em he knew the skis were damaged the whole time and I kept stressing PERFECT EDGES I was afraid of rails and he kept saying yes. Now they need 3 repairs on the noses and will cost a lot I don't want em he sucks I don't care if he a pro or not.

Yea, i got ripped off on ebay last year. I bought a pair of mavericks, yea, i know, they're mavericks. But anyway, the kid said they were 'brand new' and i got them and they had demo bindings, were discolored, had a collapsed sidewall and a dent in one of the edges. The things sucked so much. Luckily my credit card company gave me my money back. Props to citibank. Definitely check with your credit card company man.

Thanks guys you kick ass I am sending them back they are stamped DA3TC01 dynastar will know they are too old? to warranty and I don't have shit like reciepts. Now that I got my 225 back (there were p14's on them) I can get my scratches binded and buy a pass. Thanks again it is a shame b/c they were mounted at 30.5 already it is perfect except for the lies.

They just check the package and make sure it is what it says it is on the customs claims sheet, and if it is claimed as a purchase, it may or may not be exempt to duty and GST/PST charges, which they will mail to you a week or so later.
If the person sent it as a gift, you pay nothing and it is sent on to you.
