So Coldplay's new album, Mylo Xyloto, finally dropped today. I'm digging it. While I am a huge fan of the music on Parachutes and Rush of Blood to the Head, I don't mind the deviation from their usual style. I felt the album may have lacked the same hard-hitting lyrical genius of previous Coldplay albums, but the music is good nonetheless.

Other opinions?

Coldplay bothers me because they are some sort of mainstream hipster bullshit. but some of their music is ok...

I love the album. I have yet to download it, but some of the songs are awesome. It definitely is a little different from previous albums, but I like the change. Paradise is an amazing song.
