I took the ACT for the first time last weekend (I'm a junior) and I was just wondering approximately what I should expect to get. I'm like 99% sure I got all the english correct, there was like 3 math problems I probably got wrong, the reading I probably missed 2 or 3 and the science I probably missed the last 3-4 because I ran out of time. Does anyone know an approximation of what I should expect to get if I missed all the ones I think i could have?
The thing is you may think you got them all right, but most likely you didn't. That's what happened to me, but I ended with a 31. So maybe that, but just enjoy the anxiety of waiting a few months.
The plan test is state mandated waste of half a day. seriously i took it on monday or some shit and i wasted 3 hours of my life that i could have been not paying attention in another class or skiing or fapping or making pottery.
Which reminds me, unless you got a 36, it doesn't hurt to retake it again.
Worst case scenario, you waste 3 hours out of one of the 52 saturdays of the year. Best case scenario, you are able to get into a way better college and receive lots of money in merit scholarships. My math score alone got me a half ride to UP.
I feel that most kids that take adderal for the SAT/ACT do worse than those who don't, just because they use the drug as an excuse to not study as hard.
I got my score back today and I got a 30. I'm really happy with that because I know I could have done better so I'm hoping to get that up to a 32 in one of the next 2 i take.
