Hiding your IP Adress; Torrenting

Hey so can anyone give me some info on how to hide or rotate my IP Adress.  I use the Pirate Bay a lot for music and movies (not for illegal downloading obviously) but I would just like to keep my IP hidden.  Any info on a good program to use or how this works I'd really appreciate it + karma.
