Do Pro Skiers have managers?

Title pretty much sums it up. I was thinking about it while reading about quite a few big name pros changing sponsors lately. If not, do other companies just talk to the individual about riding for them?... Or do the riders go seeking their options by approaching other companies? Just curious how this usually works.

most of the big name pros do (tanner, simon, jossi, sammy, ect). i dont know about all the smaller guys that dont make too much, but i doubt they do, its just another expense that they probably dont need

Yes they do, just like any other professional athlete. Someone has to manage the money, aka sponsors.
