Normally they dump snow outside the building. It should be in the back or on the side. Drive up in a truck and start loading, you'll be good to go. None of the places I've been to care if you take the snow but idk about others.
yup. or if you dont have a truck get a whole bunch of recycling bins and fill those with snow. the local zamboni driver actually dumps the snow into my truck for us!
I did it a few times last winter worked great. the snow stays rideable for a few days and the ice rinks are usually chill about it sometimes if you're nice to the driver they'll go out of their way to get extra shaving for you too
Just find the pile, drive right up, load it up and go. We loaded about 400-500 pounds of it into our truck box, and it wasn't enough though. But you gotta soften it up a bit, sometimes it will freeze in the pile, so just break it up with a shovel. After an hour or so of using it it will get slushy, but still good to use.
well i have no way of transporting the snow but i know the zamboni driver and he lets me build a drop in down the hill and he also dumps the snow on the drop in pretty cool guy
