Replying to Cheapest All-Metal Bindings?

I have been looking around for new bindings for the upcoming season.  I have had 3 pairs of Look PX-12's and I have destroyed them all.  The only reason I kept getting them was because of how cheap they were.  Though they were plastic, I kept breaking the metal base plate in the heel, so I'm not even sure how much I would benefit for paying out the ass for an all metal binding.

I'm a poor kid that skis like he has all the money in the world.  I'm stupidly hard on my gear.  I'm 155lbs, and 5' 9 1/2" tall.  Should I get an all metal binding?  If so, which one would be my best bang for the buck.  Are there any notoriously durable n' cheap plastic bindings that would better suit me?  Help please!
