Caps are kicking some ass this season. We just beat the only other undefeated team (Red Wings) by fucking 6 goals. 7-1. My hockey team is better than yours.

1st in the NHL in goals per game
3rd in power play percentage

He changed early tonight in the game vs the pens when the puck was still in his zone, exactly where he was supposed to be. I forget who jumped on but someone jumped on and 1 second later the Pens scored. The dude that jump on for Kovalchuk was sooooo pissed that he just took a minus for Kovalchuks lazzzy stupid play.

Fucking iPhone. Keep in mind it's fee first games of the season. Try that in the playoffs or better yet the SCF. Something the caps haven't ever done.

Lol. Caps fans are acting like this is the first time in the life of a team they've done anything significant, and thereby throwing it in other teams' faces?

The Caps had 7+ game streaks a bunch of times in the last few years... including when they won the presidents trophy, then, like San Jose in 09, fucked up hard in the 1st round against an 8th seeded team that took the show to the conference finals.

Be stoked, but don't go making a thread on it like it's some amazing feat until you actually accomplish something from it.

...or every year. Most overhyped team, and hasn't been past the 2nd round since Olaf Kolzig and Jaromir Jagr suited up for them...

I will admit that they are probably the most complete team they've been in a long time, this season... but still. I wouldn't get overhyped about a 7 game winning streak.

I really believe they're gonna make it further in the east this year. They got stronger, while the rest of the east somewhat evened out as far as talent. They should definitely make it at least past the 2nd round.
