Well, seeing that they played at David Gilmour's birthday, I'd say that they're pretty damn sick. They also had an entire 3D segment. If not that, then my favorite would be the Stones.

Surprise guests included Dave Chappelle telling jokes in between sets and Jay-Z coming out with the Roots for their encore

Drinking on the train ride down, with a good friend, no worries. Fun show, considering it was NYC. Met a hot girl there too, and my buddy made good friends with her friend. So it was a fun time definitely. Very memorable.

Yup. They were so much more than I was expecting.
If Mogwai hadn't had to cancel their Vancouver show this year there may have been some competition but as it stands Explosions in the Sky wins for sure.

Aerosmith, and NKOBOB at Fenway.


Wasn't a big fan of the music, particularly for the new kids or backstreet boys...but being at a concert and knowing you're getting paid, and wandering around doing ejections is awesome.

jealous. theyre at the top of my concert list, but the last tour was only in south america...

for the best was the les claycool solo tour at artpark, ny. off the chains, les is a ridiculously talented performer.

also legalize it was a good tour, and furthur puts on a damn good show. those 3 for me

yeah man it was a bunch of years back when they were still touring, best show i've ever been to by far. it makes it that much better that they aren't touring anymore, it adds a lot of value to the show i saw for sure. i also saw them again at rock the bells in 2009, which was fucking unreal, but i wasnt as close to the stage. still very sick.

Black Crowes -at the palace theater in albany, 10/15/10


one of the best shows I've ever scene. Had missed them before, wanted to catch a show before the hiatus. One a poker game and decided to buy tickets the day of. Snagged a 5th row seat dead center. Was absolutely amazing. Some guy ran and jumped on the stage and robinson grabbed the mic stand and hit the dude off the stage with a fucking mic stand and kept singing.
