15 year old rapper?

I just remembered a thread that I read a while back. (up and coming rappers or something) and someone posted a 15 year old rapper, who was actually great. He had mentioned that he was droppig a mixtape soon, this was a while back, so I'm sure it's out by now. Can anyone help me with this?
