not to thread jack but I'd also like some insight on this topic. Right now I am a college freshman, I have never seen a doctor to be officially diagnosed with neither a.d.d nor a.d.h.d, but it is almost certain i have one if not both. I find it near impossible to focus on schoolwork, in the classroom and at home, and always have. I also have to be moving 24/7 I legit cant sit still in a chair for more than a few seconds without starting to fidget in my seat. My parents think they are made up diseases and never wanted me to see a doctor about it, but im starting to wonder if i should see one on my own now.

sparknotes: Never officially diagnosed (never saw doc). Def have one or both cause I cant focus/sit still, is it worth seeing a doc and what should I be looking for as a medication?

how often and to what extent do you exercise? What's your sleep schedule like?

i dont really work out, but im active almost everyday whether its skiing, skating, biking.. Like I said before, I cant sit still so I keep busy. My sleep schedule is not too bad, I get a good 7-9 hours of sleep each night depending on the night.
