They are like a fat park ski, I don't know how well they perform outside of park, but with their waist and rocker they would probably do well. P White uses them for park, and they seem to be a good park ski.
One of my favorite for this season. The rocker is super minimal so the ski gets on edge really well and rips turns. Even though there is no camber in the ski it still manages to have a good amount of pop and energy. It skis great everywhere in all but the deep stuff. More of a GS turn to it but the rocker allows for slarving in softer or cruddy snow and for heavier skiers its it pretty easy to push in into tighter fall line turns as well. All in all depending on where you mount it the Scimitar can be a great all mountain freestyle ski or a great park ski that rides well all mountain.
