-Drown
-Get impaled on something
-Get knocked unconscious
-Die
-Get hit by a floating refrigerator, and die
-Get eaten by an shark


You get the point. Car = Float. Float = Survival. That and it's pretty hard to open your door when it's surrounded by water.

well you spot something bigger than your car that wont move arround (a bigger car like a truck or even a house) if you look arround and there is nothing then you stay in your car and pray.
