Replying to Mini Logo Skateboards
The other day I purchased a mini logo deck, threw some hardware on it and went skating. The first hour I had it I was skating a mini ramp and the nose ended up chipping and coming up. Not bad but it was frustrating to see after I had just spent the money. So, I emailed the company. Even though it was my fault, the owner sent me a nice email and is sending me two new decks free of charge to make up for what happened. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever seen. If your looking to buy a new deck any time soon, support an amazing company. Mini Logo from now on for me!
