state wide earthquake drill that occured at 10:20 this morning..

Basically get under a desk and hold onto to something. I almost went with japan then realized how poorly they do with earthquakes, so I opted for safety

What'd everyone else grab?

I live in California and I haven't done an earthquake drill in ages. We actually had a pretty strong one down here that only lasted about 5 seconds, it was a couple weeks ago. When it happened I was like "...Fuck......what the hell did we do in those drills again?"

where do you live? it was really quick, only a few seconds and not that strong. if you were walking around you may not have felt it.

bullshit. get to a place where nothing can land on you and you will be perfectly fine no matter how big. earthquakes dont kill people, gravity kills people( so does water displacement)
