How do I post uploaded pictures

It worked fine before the media changes, how do I do it now? I used to be able to press the picture button and select the photos I uploaded.

i have always used it, but i guess it doesnt matter now since the buttons are broken

account settings, turn of fancy editor, [img] your image url here (found by right clicking on photo) [/img]
