So I'm looking to order a new pair of pow skis and I'm not too sure what ones i want to get so I'm just asking for advice right here. Im about 6'4 170bls i ski pow through the trees off cliffs spin off pretty much anything i can. I read that the 95s handle well through the trees but how would they be if i were to spin off something? What do you guys think?
I know for me personally (5 11 180lbs) skiing the same thing as you. I would go for the 95, I haven't been on it but i know how short the JJs ski (im on the 188 CRJ) and I wouldn't mind a little extra sometimes for landings, and from what i hear the JJ skis shorter than the CRJ.
I'm about 6'1-2" and 160 I ski the 185's and they work great for me. Super playful if you like to charge more and ski fast and aggressive I would probes go for the 195
Absolutely not. Keep in mind the running length of the ski is much shorter than 195 cm. Id be willing to bet that the 195 JJ will feel shorter than a normal camber 170 cm ski.
Im the same height/weight as you and I ride 205 cm skis that are the exact design as the JJ, and they still feel too short sometimes.
