Joint cracking.

So, I dont know about you guys, but over the last few years, I've become more and more able to crack my joints. My right wrist especially due to all the cartilage damage. My neck has also become able to crack like nothing else... It feels like a fucking machine gun when it goes off these days.

What joints do you guys crack?

Jus my neck. I got hit in football and after it I have to crack it constantly. Like every times I torque my head to the left. Same hit thar gave me a 3 week concussion

neck, fingers, toes, ankles, right shoulder, back, and recently, my hips have started to crack. its actually really loud and kinda uncomfortable

Mine cracks SUPER loud too. It happened to me a few mornings ago. My roomie heard it loud and clear... he was slightly weirded out to find out that came from my fuckin sternum/ribjoints/titty area

oh and i can also arch my back in a weird way and crack right between the 2 sides of my rib cage, like right down the middle of my chest, its fucked

I crack my knuckles at the base and the middle joints, my big toes by pulling them straight sideways, and my back when i sit down in a chair. also, if i grab my kneecap and pull on it then straigten my leg while still pulling on the kneecap, it will make a loud cracking noise and jump up about a quarter to a half cm.

my next door neighbor and i were talking about this, and she reached around and dug her fingers under her shoulder blades and cracked them. creepy. she can also crack her whole back in a row by twisting.

shoulders. left elbow. both wrists. both ankles. knees sometimes.


mostly shoulders though. those are super destroyed.

and i get those weird chest cracks too, but no pain. its just a weird crack.

My wrists sometimes get out of place and I have to pop them back into alignment. That has gotten better recently though. My back has started needing it a bunch ever since I started doing gymnastics. It feels like it's slightly out of place. Something to do with increased flexibility and space between vertebrae or some shit I think. My knees occasionally act up and pop when I walk. All in all I think I'm lucky to be where I'm at now.
