So, I dont know about you guys, but over the last few years, I've become more and more able to crack my joints. My right wrist especially due to all the cartilage damage. My neck has also become able to crack like nothing else... It feels like a fucking machine gun when it goes off these days.
literally every step i take my knee makes a popping sound. always, at all times, no matter what. my friends all make fun of me for it, and i asked my doctor if there was something wrong with it, and he said it seemed to be fine, just an excess of fluid under the patella. but it makes it difficult to be sneaky.
Every now and then where my femur meets my hip will crack. The doctor said its cause I stretched something in my leg. It literally will move me around sometimes when it pops.
I have the typical cracking neck and ankles and hips, buuuuuuttt....
my elbows crack loud enough that i can seriously startle people from across the room. you know how when you're clapping sometimes you get that unusually loud clap? thats exactly what it sounds like when i crack my elbow. Its like my arm locks up at 45 degrees and when i force it to straighten there is an explosion in the joint. I think it's from playing baseball for so long.
I also hate when I'm rolling up a nice fat one and right as I'm licking and sealing a crack forms and I have to start all over. Doesn't happen often, but it sure is frustrating when it does.
My uncle is an Orthopod and he said that cracking your joints can cause all kinds of problems. I try to avoid it. My back is a problem for me. When I decompress it, my vertebrae pop, but I don't torque my spine to get it to crack. I don't want to make things worse than they are.
when my neck cracks it's intense but i also crack my back, and all my knuckles (fingers + toes) a lot. i asked a chiropractor if it was bad and she said no, so here i am/
my girlfriend can crack her knees, hips, elbows, and back super easily just by moving around. i don't understand it, i'm completely unable to crack anything. occasionally my back will crack or my knee or hip but i can't even consistently crack my knuckles since i've never done it much due to stories about my dad getting childhood arthritis from cracking his knuckles so much
when i crack my neck sometimes i can feel like the vibrations from it all the way down to my toes. soooo weird and idk how i feel about it. but i can crack almost anything. even like my collar bone
you guys need to go do some yoga or something, chill out and stop cracking ur shit like that annoying kid every knows in high school who bounces his knee like hes on crack, constantly moving and making noise. gnarly ass kids twisting their neck and back 2/3rds the way around like its good for them. fuck
