Last season I enjoyed my first ever season ender: fractured patella. I am drooling over this winter already and naturally I'd like to prevent this injury from happening again. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a solid, high quality knee brace. Much appreciated
Here's a lovely shot shortly after, 130 cc's of blood drained from it. mmmmmmmmmmmm
Dude, i had this exact same injury in march of last season. sucked dick. i still have problems with it (patellar tedonidis) so i have to get a custom CTi brace. I heard they're super good, look into em'
I blew out my ACL last season and I have a custom fitted don joy brace, which supports my knee really well. But I think custom fitted braces are freakishly expensive.
Don Joy. Hands down best brace out there by a long shot. If your insurance covers it, pick up the custom defiance, if your insurance doesnt cover it, pick up the armour. custom brace is awesome, but the armour is the best option if you want to save some money
Basically these are the important parts of the body and taking good care of them all can really help us,What you have posted is pretty cool and can be something that has a lot to do with us.
I did this too in January, you'll be better off rehabbing it hard and getting all that muscle mass back to stabilise the joint than wearing a brace. You'll end up with a stronger knee that way.
