alright, so i really want to learn a simple backflip this year. problem is, i have no idea how to do em and no way of doing them.
inb4 tramp, diving board, pow, cliffs into water, foampits, water ramps

well in the summer i was trying gainers off a diving board, but i was landing on my head every time until my knee hit my nose and broke it...
now tell me how i learn a backflip safely! any ideas??
btw last year i tried fronts on ski and almost broke my back.
