Logo animation. Help please!

Hey NS. I've got this logo for a school film group. We want to have it animated so that the film strips on either side of the "BFS" and on the horizontal slide in simultaneously. Can anybody do this for me? Willing to pay a little bit via paypal if you work with me and it is well done.
