Need ideas for an informative speech...pretty quickly

Got a speech outline due later and i have no idea what to do it on. Can be on anything has to be with the use of a visual aid. Anyone got any good ideas on an informative speech?

As long as your not fat just do a body weight circut with squats and push ups and shit. Dont worry about looking like and idiot and it gives you alot of movement. Worked well for me

i brought a couple of my longboards in and explained the differences in the contstruction, what their weak and stong points are, and which is best for a beginner. i then let the class just stand on them and kinda get pushed around the classroom to see how they liked it. its always a good idea to get your audience involved and paying attention
