also, for it to mean anything, it needs to be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office. And since you aren't actually making the product, probably should have gone for a TM indicating trademark instead of registered trademark. I feel like if your dad has 7 patents he should have told you that.........

also on the bracelet thingy "I am a skier" does NOT = "I love skiing" I think even people who don't speak english know that. And the website looks like it was set up by one of those ebay scammers in Africa, just read the first page!

Make ones that only say "Skiing is Life" , no trademark or registered trademark or copyright or anything like that and i will buy a few at $5 shipped, and im sure everyone else will buy some as well judging by the comments. I am not trying to be a dick or anything but you will make more money if you do what the customers want.

Also, by putting the TM or R, does NOT mean that no one else can use it as stated above. You must purchase the rights to the phrase.

Since it does not mean anything, leave it out and please everyone!

dude, im trying to help you here:

- dont put ant tm or registered trademark on it, it doesnt mean anything and im sure you will sell a lot more without it there.

- get tall tees! buy some "finish line" tall tees and put some logo on it and sell it for more. people hear want tall stuff!

- you dont need somthing related to love for skiing on every one of your products, make some stuff with a logo or skis on it

- get a new logo! the one you have now looks like a guy with a huge boner about to hit himself in the face! no one will buy a shirt with that on it!

Not trying to be a douche at all, I do love this idea and give you props and k for going through with it, but it seems like you aren't getting this concept: just putting R or TM on these means absolutely nothing legally. Literally anyone can use "SKIING IS LIFE" unless you actually register it as a trademark. Which is totally not worth it for you. So please do everyone a favor and increase your sales by a TON and just drop the R and TM. And perhaps drop the price by a buck or two. And then I (and probably a bunch of other people who are hesitant) will totally buy.
