but in order to call something registered, and use the logo, you actually have to pay money, and actually register it.

your dad should have given you the heads up on that.

You really shouldn't have put the registered logo on. It makes the band look tacky.
Like Goonervilles bands, everyone hated the stupid 'limited edition' shit on the side, and I can imagine the same for the registered symbol on yours.


We just want a band that is simple. Nothing complicated. I speak for the people when I ask for simplicity.

well trademarking can cost 500$ so, i put the R on it to show its my mark, but i probably wont trademark if i got the money, but i just put the R on it so noone could do " skiing is life " bands, and next shipment if i do get the R i would make it really small

Guys I just ordered 100 bands that are black, the same size as goonervilles (awesome), and say "skiing is life" on them. They're really sick and they won't fade. My prices are going to be $4.00/piece or 3 for $10.00
