JIberish Winter Drop #1

To kick off the season we will be offering the first shipment of Winter goods online starting on Saturday October 22nd at ABSTRACTmall.com. Due to the size of the range we split the Winter drop into 2 dates. The first drop will include some of our hooded sweatshirts, crewnecks, tees, and some jackets. These items will also start to arrive at official Jiberish retailers in North America, Europe, and Asia in late October/early November. The full collection of drop 1 can be viewable at www.ABSTRACTmall.com on Thursday October 20th, 2 days prior to the online release.

Products from drop 1 will be available at Jiberish LoHi, at Jiberish Vault, and at www.jiberish.com starting on November 5th. Stay tuned for more information on drop 2 in the coming weeks.

instead of having a thread for each new season/drop, we should have one overall jiberish, saga, whatever thread.

Or jiberish can just get their own forum on their site. They even say they aren't a ski company, and nothing they make is ski gear, so it shouldn't be in GT in the first place

to be fair, all Jiberish, saga, whatever threads exist before the actual drop. people like to gossip, share spy photos, whatever.



BUT, I still think that having a new thread like 2 days after drop 1 do discuss drop 2 is dumb. I'm tempted to just make a Jiberish thread to overpower you all and get rid of all of these stupid little ones.

Anybody else wanna do it, and get famous for making the longest thread in NS history?

went to the loHi store today and saw and tried on the "Pusher" piece. it is like a vest over crewneck combo. its super sick. and has a super soft satin/satinlike lining. its one of my favorite piece i've ever seen, but i couldn't buy it =(

great idea! but there should it least be a Jiberish forum on this site for all the b/s/t and all the wtb threads and to include of the discussion threads so that all the other forums will be less cluttered.

the only things i really like from the second drop are

murica (definitely picking one of these up imo best hoodie in the 2nd drop)
the red tangled if the printed part ends up looking good
and Mr khaki riding hood (WANT THIS SOOO MUCH)
oh and the grey dripcheck to go along with my dripset :)

This is the initial wording for an EFH shirt I mocked up a while ago, it should give you a better context as to what its about.

In short, eight full hours refers to the traditional full night of sleep.. In streetwear circles the phrase "don't sleep" is tossed around quite a bit, but people rarely think about the meaning behind it. While on a surface level it simple means get something why it's around, don't miss out on a drop/release/etc., I've always found it had a really compelling double meaning. That sort of inspired this..

anyways, this is the excerpt from that

"There are billions of people in the world; a myriad of individual minds and ideas, all with different goals and ambitions. Some people are spurred on by money, success, personal gain- others are pushed by the necessities of survival. Everyone is left to fend off the trivial and the irrelevant.

All it takes are a few individuals, a few ideas, to change how we perceive the world. The fact that our lives can be altered by something as seemingly mundane as a thought, a direction, a moment, may seem alarming.

The world is changing overnight- ideas born in an instant can be around forever, yet entire societies can collapse in a single moment.

yeah, a portion of that is on the back of the Eight Full Hours crewneck that james also designed. sadly though most of our customers/supporters/observers/lurkers/haters rarely have any idea how much thought our design fam puts into each piece. it is an extraordinary process watching the concepts develop, and funny enough the stuff we obsess over is typically overlooked or never understood. those who dig further are rewarded though.
