snowbombz is right, it did snow here twice.  plus, it stuck around long enough (2 days or so) to hit a rail or 3 depending on how fast you got after it.

What are you going to soap up a slip and slide and wait for it to rain so you can do urban?

 It didnt snow in seattle last year, and we really only get a bit of snow in washington one year in a decade, please dont make shit up~

It occasionally snows in Seattle, very occasionally.

It does not matter however, as soon as it snows 1/2 of a centimeter of snow, the roads go to complete shit because no one has any clue how to drive in 'snow' even if there is no 'snow' on the ground. There will be crashes galore, fucking over all the arterial routes.

In the insanely unlikely event that it decides to snow more then 12 inches, and that 12 inches decides to hang out for a couple days. There will be absolutely zero roads open, since there are a grand total of maybe three snowplows in western WA, non of which have seen preventive maintenance since 1974.

That said, if it does for some obscure reason does snow in seattle, please go hit up 'urban' as you will then be one less asshole trying to get all the 'pow' (pretty much a mix between water and slush) they think might be in the mountains.

I guess you could get real in the whole foods parking lot. That is about as 'urban' as it gets in Seattle...

Are you perhaps referring to the snowfall inside the Westlake Center? That's how I get my snow "fix" here in Seattle. We try and round up as much as possible so we can urban on all the sick rails, never been able to capture enough snow though...

Fuck this place and all the rain that comes with.

Definitely not a ton of snow, but how much do you really need to get an urban done? you don't need 12 inches to slide a rail.

please dont make shit up and speak for the whole state of Washington. If you have ever gone to the East side of those big white covered things poking out of the ground, you will find snow in Winter, and definitely more than once in a decade.

I'm lost, I've lived here 18 years and I've never seen snow. The closest I've ever seen to snow in Seattle is when we watch Christmas movies during the holidays or when we drive 8 hours to go on ski vacations with actual frozen precipitation. Whistler and Mammoth are basically near Seattle, right?

The East side gets alot more snow than the West. if you want to hit urban in WA good luck finding a sick spot that has enough snow to hit

it never snows in seattle, let alone enough to hit urban. MAYBE we get a dusting occasionally (like once a year) but never enough to ski. go to colorado, montana, utah or other places if you want to hit urban

I would say regionals, but all we talk about is waterskiing so it would be of no help to you. Try heading to another state.

In madrona, accross from the boar's head store (34th and union?) there's a pretty nice flat rail into a parking lot. Also, there's a pretty good, fairly difficult double or triple kink in roanoke park. Hmmmm.. what else...
oh I think there are some down rails by the wall of death under the north side of the University Bridge. If it snows this winter, I'd be down to meet up and possibly engage in some urban destruction.

what are you talking about? what i have thought my whole life is that washington is split into two regions by the cascade mountains (big white covered things coming out of the ground). in the eastern region, we have much colder temperatures for a longer period of time than Seattle, meaning we would be able to sustain snow longer in urban areas, therefore meaning the Eastern side of the state would be a better option for urban skiing than the water-logged west side of the state...bro...

I was going to go to Seattle for college because I thought that I'd be able to ski TONS of pow, but then I started going into regionals and found out that the only thing in WA is rain, hipster girls, and coffee.
