Adobe Premiere Elements

I downloaded the trial version, but every time I open a new project the program doesn't respond.

My computer has Windows 7
4 gigs of Ram
64 bit system
Quicktime something above 7

We're gonna need more than it won't start and 4 gb ram. 4GB is like the universal standard.

CPU?
Graphics card?

Any error messages come up?
