How do u make skinny ski pants?

So I have black ski pants that I want to make skinny, what is the best way to make them skinny?

I would but im broke and they are an older pair of pants so I would like to just do it myself if I could.

So anyone have some tips to doing this?!?!?!?!

First you have to castrate yourself so you can really fit the part of a girl. Then grow your hair out nice and long and start buying alot of pink stuff....haha....sorry had to be done. There's a whole lotta transgender lookin kids on the mountain these days.

1 )flip 'em inside out
2) take chalk and mark ~how you want the pant to fit. You can do this on the inside or the outside hem, depending on how much excess fabric you're going to have one or the other might be better
3) take sewing machine and sew along the line that you drew with chalk and double stitch the ends
4) try 'em on, see if you need them tighter or not.
5) get a good pair of scissors and cut out the excess fabric.
