So last season I ripped my biding outta my ski. I bent the rail and destroyed the base, i contacted head and they told me to ship them the bindings. Well over the summer i forgot about the binding and didn't ship it. Last week on Wednesday i shipped them out and hoped they would remember. Today i got my package in the mail and they sent me a complete new set of bindings for no charge. SO thank you to head skies now im super stoked for the season. Just thought i share my good dealings with the company and i cant stress how legit Head is for doing this. Cheers
Haven't heard anything (good or bad) about Head's replacement/warranties - I'm glad to see that did that for you, paints a good picture for the company.
