Fuck man, I have been chafing like a mother at work recently, like every day for three weeks straight now. I think its because of a uniform fabric switch which keeps me hot, but damn, it sucks. Anyone have any advice? I already wear underarmour boxer briefs (which have been tried and true for ages), my body has not changed at all recently, and I use baby powder liberally if it starts. The baby powder works for a while, but honestly, it doesn't come close to solving the problem. I am at my wits end.
the sides of my nut sack chafe like a motherfucker when i road bike over about 70km. havent figured out how to prevent it yet though, just gotta man up and power through it.
my brother used to run cross country and he used that shit wherever he needed. it's like a stick of deodorant but just basically skin lube. he swore by it.
i ref alot of hockey and get it all the time on the inside of my legs where my nuts/jock rub on them.
chafe stick is decent, but there is this other shit in a yellow tube, i cant remember for the life of me what its called, but i have some in my ref bag. its a lubricant and its medicated. possibly the best cure ever. feels good mannnn.
but powder up with some monkey butt powder if your just hanging out, use the tube it your going to get physical.
There is this baby powder that has like cooling shit infused with it and if you use it you will never chafe again, its like an angle holding your genitalia in her mouth.
I used to chafe when i'd surf real long sessions multiple days a week, but i ended up living a summer at the beach and your body gets used to it, haven't had a problem since.
Your best solution is MyPakage boxers. I bought one pair because I had the same issue. They are literally a revolution in male comfort. They keep your junk isolated from your legs, they only contact the softest, most breathable and moisture wicking fabric ever. 25$ per pair is worth every penny
