I was there for new years last year with my family and it was amazing.
Okay I'm gunna go right to left across the map, I don't know why.
Saratoga bowl is so fucking good and underrated, its got the perfect length lift and there is pow to be found after most other stuff is tracked out. Theres also tons of fun drops up to maybe 15 ft or so all really fun and its a great run just go as far left as you can pretty much.
Dude the stash parks kinda blow unless you're into wooden features but most of it is pretty sketch if your not on a board - there are some fun mountain bike looking wall rides and plank looking things but they're pretty limited/alright but they look cool and are fun to mess around on.
I took one run through the real park on the last day of my trip (it had just opened) and it was fun but not really much there but not bad.
Moran Traverse is amazing, like Saratoga there will be powder there after most else is tracked and its fun and good pitch - we hit untouched powder there and took like three laps on that chair cause it was so good.
Gondola looks like its a blue area on the map but theres a lot of good skiing there if you stay off the groomed run but the area does get a ton of traffic. The blue run right under the gondola IS fun fast groomer skiing - great fun warmup run.
Hiked headwall on my last day there (never skiied Casper, don't think it was open) and the hike was a bitch but it was manageable and the ride down was great. There's a pretty big cliff band up there you can see from the top of the gondola.
Thunder and Sublette chair seemed very similar to me and they were some of my favorite parts of the mountain. There are a lot of very steep faces, some powder to be found, and some rocks/cliffs to play on and you can scope out a lot of lines from the lift.
The Hobacks and those bowls below those lifts are fun - I mean it's good vertical but I didn't really lap those too much and sometimes I was so tired I took the groomer down at the end of the day. Those areas aren't that steep and I feel like theres not much that exciting there but I could be missing a lot.
Cheyenne and Bernie's bowl is another awesome area - best cliffs in my opinion - theres definitely a lot of sizable ones to take and its a fun run.
And obviously Corbett's is the shit - the drop is pretty epic and theres great snow underneath.
Overall one of the best mountains I've ever skiied and the snow was great that time of year.
