sucks the petition is going to be thrown out since it explicitly says you must be within 30 miles and people from Guatemala are signing it.

damn i live in Saratoga. This skatepark is publically owned and doesn't have any supervision. No more waivers or anything, just an open gate and a "skate at your own riisk sign" They filled it in because of how many kids got hurt in that thing. then again i guess it's their choice. I think it was required for it to be public with no hired supervision/waivers. just the background story
