Help me pick a movie to analyze

So for my English-100 class I have to watch a movie and analyze it in a journal entry. No idea what movie I should watch though! I was thinking No Country for Old Men, but I'm not sure if there is a better movie out there for me to watch that would be relatively simple to complete the task. So, suggest away!

It has a lot of historical significance and substance to bulk a paper on. Woody Allen is def a director that you can analyze as well.

Whoa whoa whoa, lets give credit here where it's due. It was directed by Tarsem Singh. It was produced by Spike Jonze and David Fincher.

Seriously though, The Fall is easily the best cinematography I've ever seen. I'm surprised Jamie hasn't seen it.

In high school I wrote a lengthy paper about The Fountain. It was a good film to analyze because the entire film is chock full of motifs involving geometry/light/parallelism. If you're looking for something that has some narrative substance (english), as well as mind-blowing cinematography, this could be a good option.

Shows what I know. Thank you. Singh did an amazing job.

Jamie actually ended up watching it, and he loved it. I believe that's what he chose to write his paper on.

To anyone that hasn't seen it, please watch it. It's a beautiful movie, with an amazing story.
Somehow, it flew under the radar.
