You can do Squats, Lunges, Leg Press, Leg Curls, Deadlifts, Go for sprints. Work out your core, core strength helps with everything. If your at a gym with a smith machine put some weight on each side 10 pounds or more and take a little platform thing or something you can stand on and hang ur heels off the edge and lower and then push up with your toes, 4 sets of 60 will have ur calves burning. If your trying to dense your muscles and tone then do lots of reps and several sets, if you wanna bulk up try doing a bit more weight and less reps.
