"If you live in the Bozeman area make sure you tune into Channel 6 News tonight at 6 O'clock to see my interview about the bear problem we've been having. Katherine the interviewer I think was somewhat taken back. I think however that it went very well..."

Wow, tying your garbage to a tree isn't going to stop a bear. I've seen plastic bins just destroyed.

Bear proof metal containers, if you live in the mountains, you'd think they'd have this.


Plus it gives something for the new and improved Parker Black to jib.

Legendary. I lol at "the right way" to put out the trash, though... Metal dumpsters with carabiners or chains to hold them shut still get broken into now and again; lets not think a bungee cord over a plastic bin is more than a convenient and easy-to-open candy wrapper for a bear.
