Volkl ... bridge vs wall

need help deciding which one,  im 5,11 175 pounds. aggressive skier inside the park and outside.
id say i spend my time 60 % all mountain/groomed and 40 park.. i ride suspects now but not really enjoying them too much
thanks ... and would u recommend ar7

bridge and wall are pretty different. the bridge has a 95 waist and is more of an all mountain ski. the wall is more of a park ski, but im sure it would hold up well all over the mountain....and from what i hear the wall is industructable. id say if you ski out west probably the bridge, but the east probably walls in my opinion.

Heard nothing but good reviews about the walls, they will be stiffer than most skis, pretty good pop. AR7 are marketed as an all mountain ski, I find them to be a little soft, but a good option to demo. Demo is the best way to choose a ski, you'll be much more comfortable when you choose a ski based on your own preference, rather than let people make your decision for you and possibly be dissappointed.

so ya i ski east coast... how would the rocker affect me in the park and off the park with the bridge...

how would u compare the walls and ar7

i ski 40 groomers and 60 park and the 08 volkl walls are by far my favorite skis, ever

from what i hear....the rocker on the bridge wont affect park to much and i assume they have really good stability landing jumps

where do you ski? what kind of riding do you find yourself doing most of the time?

If you are looking for a groomer/park only ski, something for dicking around the whole mountain inbounds, i would suggest the WALL as the camber will get you that extra snap and stability on the groomers while still being balanced and stable in the park.

If you are ripping some glades though or some soft snow on a regular basis, i would lean more towards the Bridge as the rocker profile, combined with the flat section underfoot, will really improve the overall ride in the tight trees and soft snow and amp up the maneuverability a ton which is key in the trees. Some people like the 'loose' feeling of rockered skis in the park as well so take that into consideration as well.

i rock the ar7's at whiteface(east) and i can ski most anything there... i have always been interested in the bridges but never skied them before... but ar7s are great park skis and as crazy as it sounds....pretty damn good all mountains. i have skied pow in these things and it aint too bad. good luck on your purchase. i
