My first attempt at a tilt shift video, not the best scenario but the only footage i had to try it with. Filmed on a gopro but my friend was filming and thats why its shaky. So have at NS let me know what your thoughts are!
Honestly, I don't know why you posted this... It was an extremely shaky shot to begin with then you sped it up, increasing the effect of the camera movements and put a gaussian blur on the top and bottom of the frame. Don't call it tilt shift, that's not what it is. If you really want to get into this filmmaking style, which I don't recommend, go buy a tripod and shoot a timelapse somewhere with an interesting and engaging composition (that's where the LCD comes in). Then in post correct your exposure shifts and do your little gaussian blur according to what's in the foreground and background. If a building is in the foreground and extends towards the top of the frame leave that entire building in focus.
...That or you could go buy $3,000 worth of lenses and a DSLR body and shoot it for real... It's your call. Personally I would stick to finding a creative way to film that hasn't been done 1000000000000000000 times.
