Questions on NS favorite brand of car ... Subaru

I am considering buying a Subaru Impreza 5 door 2.5i and have a few questions. how are they in the snow? can you fit skis in back? are they quick at all ? are they roomy inside(easily fit 5 people)? and what is the difference between normal impreza and the outback sport? any response would be appreciated!

p.s. if you have read all my other threads, yes, i know i am very indecisive.

95 subaru with 170k...gets me up and down the mountain with plenty of room for my gear.  pretty good on gas too.  i plan on getting 350k out of her

Better off buying a used Saab 9-2X

Same car, nicer interior, lower insurance, and generally not as abused since they were bought by older people for the most part.

if you have the skrilla get an STI, but I drive a WRX and the performance is very nice.
