If you're suggesting he just memorized all the 10 digit numbers multiplications, you're absurd. To be able to do that he would have to remember 1.8 x 10^19 different calculations.
With this many to learn, even if he were to learn them at a rate of 1000 every second for every second of every year, he would have to live for 570 million years to memorize them all.
