there all plastic, so if you weigh lets say over 160 i would suggest the jester if u want to stay in the marker royal family. if not get pivot or fks 14, sth 14s or head/tyrolia/4frnt.

bang for the buck they're pretty good

I had em for a few months and they were fine. But the NSers kinda bugged me out about the plastic heel so I swapped em out for jester pros. But I weigh like 185-190. If your lighter and not bombin huge cliffs you'll prob be fine.

4frnt Deadbolt 13s man. 30 bucks more than griffons and you get: Metal housing and the beefiest heel piece you've ever seen. Toe piece is metal and plastic which is still really durable. Gives you a safe DIN up to 13, not more than what you need with a good price to boot. None of that marker plastic and mounting track stuff that people talk about breaking alot. This binding gets overlooked alot as its one of the very few 13DIN and below bindings to have metal construction and the same release mechanism as the 15 or 18DIN Tyrolia bindings. But this version is only manufactured for 4frnt, Head/Tyrolia Peak/Mojo you have to go to the 15DIN to get the better construction. But short story: Good DIN range, affordable, burly/durable. Try to find an old model somewhere for even cheaper. Best of both worlds man.
