Yes its true, after a loooong long delay, we finally have the uploader working again. Many of the previously uploaded icons that failed will be back, and you should be able to upload a new one.

If you are still having issues first clear your cache and try again. Double check the file size details. If that still fails post here with details including your OS and browser versions.
