I'm looking for my new skis for this season, i guy at the store recommended the panic and said he could give them to me for only 300
Anyone know how good these are in the park?
I'm looking for something roughly 50/50 all mountain/park but the looking around i did made them look like too much of a all mountain ski.
Thoughts? Suggestions for a good cheaper 50/50 ski?
here's what i'm considering:
Atomic Panic 2011
Line Mastermind 2012
Armada El Ray 2012
300 is a great deal, but here's my input,
Masterminds are pretty soft. I have a pair, really love them, I take them all over, but as a 50/50 rider, you may not like their performance out of the park as much as you might the el ray. The el ray is stiffer, more versatile.
As for the panic, I can't give you any personal experience, but 300 is a great price and Atomic makes nice sticks, maybe too good of an offer to pass up.
