I have a situation, and I need an answer, so I turn to NS.

So a while back, a friend of mine told me he was getting in trouble at school or something where he did something stupid in class, but got out of trouble by using some phrase to his advantage, something about taking away his rights or something I have no fucking idea.

But today, supposedly I threw something in math, (according to the TA) even though I didn't, but for some reason the TA thinks it was me. So i'm thinking that I'm fucked because there is no way that I can get out of this, it's an adult versus some 16 year old. But NS, being the fucking creative as hell thinkers that you are, is there anything I can say or do to get out of it.

P.S. I am probably going to have to talk to administration tomorrow so anything today would be helpful.

just be honest and say that it wasn't you and that he/she must have been mistaken because your (insert nice academically smart phrase here). If worse comes to worse, ask for proof that it was in fact you and not some other noob sitting next to you.

What the fuck kind of school do you go to where tossing around a piece of paper or whatever it was in math class would go on your permanent record. And even if it did, do you honestly think anyone will give a shit? I think you're worrying about this way too much.

if you actually didnt throw anything then how is the TA claiming you threw something?

if your that worrid about it, talk to the TA privately. explain your situation. nobody is going to throw you under the bus for something they didnt see you do. exspecially if you approach them reasonably about it.

Ah ha ha one of my buddies chucked one of those baseball-sized bouncy balls at our choir teacher, who happened to turn around just as my buddies arm is building centripetal force... Anyway he got in trouble and ON THE WAY to detention, he actually found a 20$ bill in the hallway! Dead serious! I have pics, it happened...! But yeah anyways, tell the board that the TA pry just has something against you, so he's lying and didnt actually see the ball thrown by anyone

honestly, just apologize, saying you didn't do it just makes it look worse in my opinion because it sounds like they won't believe you, but you never know.....apologizing, and/or just telling the truth is what's best

If not, be glad, you're in the country where you can get anything thrown out of court, none the less a classroom

First, are you a minority? If so then you are in luck, claim it as racism (unless she is of the same minority)

Second, if you are not a minority claim it as stereotyping that "all white kids think they are the best" and she just wants to bring you down.

Third (do this first), Ask if anyone other than her can verify that you threw the object, or can people attest that you didnt throw anything. that right there is probably enough.

fourth, claim she has a fued with you and is therefore not able to judge the room fairly.

Fifth, say she touched you once. then a whole pile of shit with fly everywhere and no one will ever remember who threw a ball.

When I was in middle school I was sitting with my hands in my lap and had a pencil in my hand, just listening to the lesson.. next I knew my teacher was flipping shit on me and all like go to the principals office! your banned from this class and blah blah blah. Apparently the teacher thought i was trying to make the pencil look like it was my dick?  I mean wtf.. i was holding a pencil in my lap.. long story short, i told the principal that my teacher was a fucktard, my parents told the teacher he was a pedobear and "why are u lookin at my sons crotch when u should be teaching a class?"   needless to say... haha this reminds me of like 5 years ago in 6th or 7th grade when a bunch of us rebellious kids were ding dong ditching a street (i know hardcore) and the cops roll up and everyone ditches except for these two girls in my grade and the cops were talking to them and one of em bursts out crying and sobbing while managing to say "i would never do that Im an honor student" and then proceeded to rat every one of us out that bitch.
