I bought these for DJing and i'll tell you why.
Virtually the same thing as the Pioneer HDJ-1000, and even cast from the same molds. Very nice isolation, good quality, I haven't even been able to overdrive them with bass - which says a lot since most of what I spin is Progressive house, D&B and Dubstep. They are very light, and above all look better and have better comfort than the same headphones they are cast from - the Pioneer HDJ - 1000.
On top of that, i scored them for 80 bucks instead of paying ridic prices for 'Pioneer' to be on my headphones.... and then whats awesome is they LOOK great, so win-win-win for all.
Aaaand then for just fucking around, I have these.
Got them for 20 bucks on whiskeymilitia, and bought them only because they have fucking subwoofers in them lol.
In comparison, they actually have decent isolation and feel pretty comfortable, but.... then theres the whole 'needing a battery for the subwoofer' and 'pretty awful bass quality even with the subwoofer' that gets in the way that makes my 20$ investment seem to make more sense... That, and the really heavy and awkward battery pack for the subs gets a little annoying. They feel cheap, they sound cheap. I got them for cheap. Whatever. lol.
