So a week or so ago the clymb had a ninthward sale, i decided to pick up a pair of HHP's along with a pair of socks. Upon check out there was a error and to make a long story short i was only charged for the socks but my account credits were all used, this left my total at -$95. I was more than confused so i called them the next day and turns out they sold out at the last second so they refunded me and sent the socks out for free, the person i talked to on the phone also said she would look into getting another pair of skis for me. Turns out she got her hands on a pair and they are now shipped out.
This might be a "cool story bro" thread but when a company or site has this great of customer service i think people should know.
