Hey all, I am just wondering: What do you eat after a long day of outdoor activity?
If you care to share some recipes that would be awesome too
I know I am pretty lazy when it comes to cooking / cleaning so I am personally a smoothie guy. Usually I go for 1/2 a cup of frozen berrys, one banana, yogurt, chocolate protean powder, then either rice milk (i am lactose intolerant) or Orange Juice until the cup is almost full. Blend for 30-40 seconds and enjoy.
I only have a Magic Bullet in my dorm to blend stuff with so, I end up only having two things to clean at the end of the meal.
So NS Outdoor People, What do you eat to end the day on a full stomach?
