So I got offered a house today... but I'm only 1 person. I think I've got 1 more person in on the deal (thought I had another but maybe not) Regardless the place can hold 4 people... but that's besides the point.
He wants me to move in right away. I'd like to offer him half of october. If he accepts half of October, I need a 3rd person. It would be $266 for half of October and an $833 deposit. You'd have a semi private loft and your own bathroom (it's about a 4 foot opening that isn't closed off but you cant see into the area at all from the main area and I've slept there plenty of times myself and it's relatively quite). Place is easy walking distance to the redline shuttle and the village(where all the bars and stuff are). Utilities are relatively low. Space is really nice.
Rent after october would be $533 a month till May 30th. If you chose to share the loft, $350 each.
If you think you may be interested, let me know asap. He gave me till wednesday to let him know. Otherwise I might take his studio space.
